- Since The Trust School inception, over 3,464 students (upto 2020) have appeared in the Matriculation(SSC) exams with 100% pass results in BISE Lahore.
- Admission of pass out students in engineering, medical and other professional institutions LUMS, KE, FAST, UET, GIK, NUST, and other on merit.
- Associated with the “Seeds of Peace International” programs since 2002. Attended camps in USA and India.
- Beneficiary of National Outreach program of LUMS and Chandbagh School.
- Several awards at National Museum of Science and Technology, Lahore.
- Presidential Gold Medal in Scouting.
- Numerous awards in Speech, Quiz, Qirat, Naat and Poetry competitions.
- Initiated multiple inter- school competitions such as the “Brain of Lahore”, “Orator of Lahore” etc. to encourage intellectual, social and moral development of children.

- Azmat – e- Insan, and ‘Science Kahani’ teaching programs developed by The Trust School.

- The Trust School Ex-student Topped NTS Medical Entry Test 2007 by scoring highest ever marks.
- Admission in the top Professional Institutions like LUMS, FAST, KEMC & UET etc.
- Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) has so far selected 36 students from The Trust School under its National Outreach Program (NOP).
- Four students graduated from LUMS have earned lucrative professional appointments in Middle East and Canada.
- The Trust School student Muhammad Abdur Rauf hired by Microsoft as a Software Development Engineer.
- Consistent Top Positions in All Pakistan Science Model & Quiz Competitions by National Museum of Science and Technology, Lahore Pakistan.
