On-the-job training and internal training is preferred over external training. The career focused appraisal system is focused to create a performance culture in the organization.   2. Hiring Process

    The Recruitment Process is decentralized; respective schools select the individuals according to the need. Employees are motivated to complete the education term. The recruitment process is merit based with following procedure;

    • Jobs are advertised through print media and on our website.
    • Appropriate candidates are sifted, and are called for initial screening. Candidates are required to bring their original testimonials.
    • Academic and support staff are called at respective schools, whereas the administrative staff is selected at the Head Office.
    • Academic and Administrative staff give out a written test and are tested through their demonstration.
    • The successful candidates are called for final interview.
