STEP 1: REGISTRATION

1. Register your child
2. Registration fee for Paying category is Rs.1,000/- and for Free category is Rs.500/-
3. Collect the registration slip upon payment.
4. Receive the syllabus for the admission test (subjects: English, Urdu, and Math) along with the test date and schedule.

STEP 2: ADMISSION TEST

1. The admission test will be conducted on the allocated date.
2. Test results will be announced the following day.
3. An interview with the Head of Institution will follow.

If Your Child Qualifies the Test/Interview, you will be required to submit the dues to the designated bank as per the following details:

Above mentioned revised fee structure will be effective from 1st March 2025.

Note:

1. All dues are non-refundable.
2. Payments should be made at the designated bank branches of MCB & Allied Bank within 3 days after the date of result declaration.
3. If enrollment is not confirmed within 3 days the seat will be offered to the next eligible student.

STEP 3: SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS

After submitting the fee, collect the admission form from the school office. Complete the form and submit the file with the following documents within 3 days:

1. Fully filled admission form
2. Previous school leaving certificate (for admission to Class 1 and above)
3. Attested copy of the child’s computerized birth certificate/B-Form
4. Attested copy of the father’s/guardian’s CNIC
5. Undertaking signed by parents/guardian (Code of Conduct for Students)
6. Three passport-sized photographs of the child with a blue background
7. Copy of the paid Admission Challan
8. Initial medical check-up profile

Additional Documents (for Free Admission only):

• Urdu admission form, duly filled
• Affidavit for monthly income proof
• Affidavit for free admission rules and regulations
• Copy of a utility bill

STEP 4: SECTION ALLOCATION

Upon submission of the complete student file to the school office:

• The section will be allocated.
• An admission card will be issued to the child, allowing him/her to join the school.
